We use FedEx for all items. Your order usually ships the day after you place your order although we cannot guarantee handling time so please take that into account when ordering if you require items by a certain date.

Ship address must match credit card's billing address
We require the address you ship your package must match the credit card's billing address. This is for both parties' protection. Although our store will let you add multiple shipping accounts to your account and place the order, we require that you fill out a "Credit Card Authorization" form that you must fax back to us, along with a photocopies of your driver's license (or other photo ID) and the front and back sides of the credit card. We use this information for verification before we ship your order. Beccause we use FedEx, we cannot ship to post-office boxes (PO). In addition, FedEx requires an adult signature before the items are delivered. FedEx will usually attempt to redeliver 3 times if they are unable to obtain a signature.

Items damaged in shipping
Although it's unfortunate (and rare) that items will become damaged in shipping, please contact us if you receive damaged merchandise and it will be replaced. We will need to file a claim with FedEx. Please inspect the box before signing and taking delivery of your items (the FedEx courier will let you do this). If the box appears to be damaged, please refuse the shipment.

Return Policy
At Vikings Fan Tours Vault, we offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it within (14) days of receipt, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Simply re-box the undamaged and unaltered item together with all documents you received with the item (for example, certificates of authenticity) and a copy of your purchase invoice with secure padding (preferably use the same carton it was received in to return) and ship to:

You may use any carrier of your choice for return shipping; we recommend Federal Express Ground as an inexpensive and reliable service. Please consider insuring the package for the full amount of your purchase price—we are not responsible, nor will refund—returned items damaged in shipping. We cannot extend the return privilege beyond (14) days.
